I love the update but I did find a softlock. At the end of security route - if you have the speed/knowledge proficiency selected you get trapped in a loop between the two final bad ends - as you autopass the first check for only to fail at the 2nd check and then fail at the first check again because you no longer autopass. There probably needs to either be a second checkpoint after the first check, or an alternative skill check so knowledge/speed doesn't get stuck.
